"My parcels have been damaged on a few occasions because the drivers neglected to handle them with care. Drivers need to be more patient with the delivery packages. At times my packages are left outside in the elements. I have signs up where to put them but it doesn't seem to matter. Their deleivery times are pretty good and the drivers when I see them are usually pretty nice. Having said all that, Salo is much better than UPS and the don't lose parcels like UPS."
